At Looking Upwards, we believe that every person is a valuable member of the community. Our day enrichment and vocational services help people to develop their skills, talents and interests as well as enjoy meaningful participation in the larger community.

In our Day Enrichment Program, we listen to the desires and interests of each person and assist with creating a personalized schedule. Activities may include volunteering, developing new skills and hobbies, connecting with others and enjoying the local community.

For those desiring employment, we assist with every phase of developing satisfying work. We help people to identify their strengths and work interests through vocational assessments and opportunities to try out specific jobs. We provide preparation for the job, on-the-job training, consultation with employers and the option of long term supports to ensure career success.
